factoryAdvance is an 18-week "industry school" consisting of four different program focuses (Screenwriting, Creative Producing, Cinematography and Directing), live lessons, mentorship, and a final graduating project that will consist of writing a script + filming a proof of concept for a TV show pilot.

The program will give 8 early-career visual storytellers ages 21-30 the opportunity to sharpen their creative skill set via real-world application and graduate the program ready to be pipelined directly into an industry field. All live lessons are taught by industry professionals (‘professors”) as a part of our TMI: The Mentorship Initiative, respective to their creative fields and expertise.
