Where do I purchase a pass?

Passes must be purchased directly through our Eventbrite page. 

What's your refund policy?

All pass purchases are eligible for a full refund up until 24 hours prior to the Collab Hub start date & time. Refunds will not be given if you are a "no-show" on the day of the event due to limited ticket availability. 

Will there be temperature checks?

Yep! Your temperature will be taken upon checking in at the door. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, other illnesses, or have been exposed to someone that tested positive, please contact us immediately at so you may receive a pass to our next event. 

During the day of the event, if your temperature is checked and exceeds 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit at the door, you will be given a pass to our next Collab Hub event. 

Are masks required?

Masks are encouraged. 

Are in-person gatherings safe?

Per State order, Georgians are strongly encouraged to continue wearing masks, observing social distancing, and regularly washing and sanitizing their hands, along with practicing sanitation in accordance with the guidelines published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. (Source:

So what exactly is this event about?

Our Collab Hub experiences will feature live industry workshops, networking, vendors, and other engaging activities. You will gain valuable new resources and industry knowledge, form new connections, and have the opportunity to gain exposure amongst other local visual storytellers. 

Will there be parking on site?

The on-site parking lot is very limited! We encourage all attendees to take advantage of available parking spots located on Brady Ave and 10th Street. There is a brand new Public Parking Deck located directly behind the WCAC next to Nick's Westside restaurant at 956 Brady Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30318
